What does after care include and why is an important part of the service

Aftercare includes answering all your queries, all queries from the builder, advising our clients of the best way to proceed should the builder fail in carrying out any of the works. We are able to send out emails and letters chasing the developer on your behalf, we can ask questions of the NHBC and local authority building control on your behalf. We have access to many experienced professionals who can help you to get the best out of your new home.

The aftercare is available for two years from the date of inspection and you can telephone or email with your questions and problems. There are many different issues that can develop at any time during the first 2 years of a new build properties life ..our service aims to give you a place to go if you have any problems or questions in relation to snagging or your new home.
